Adviser Update Eswine gave credit for the coverage to people willing to reach out to spread the word. “This is a fantastic example of how writers do not make the story — people do,” she added. Many might conclude that the tornado coverage is also an example of how high school journalists can cover an important story with facts, analysis and empathy. She also started the broadcast program at Mooresville and directed it for 10 years. Hadley came to Franklin College in 2004 to assist the Indiana High School Press Association, an organization started at Franklin in 1922. She is currently the executive director.
